Walt Disney World have announced a brand new event for the holidays starting later this year called Jollywood Nights. This will be similar to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, however it will be an after hours event at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Jollywood Nights will be a separately ticketed event and will be limited capacity, so you can take advantage of a less busy Hollywood Studios in the evening! From how Disney have described this event, it's looking like they're going for the 'classy Christmas' vibe, as Disney have said:
“Get ready to dress in your holiday glam best or festive flair, dance the night away to merry mashups, indulge in divine treats and bubbling spirits, and snap selfies with iconic characters during this new festive event.”
It's also been confirmed that Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom will be returning this year. So plenty of holiday events coming at the end of the year!
The Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! nighttime spectacular will be returning this year as part of Jollywood Nights. As well as all the additional shows and entertainment, you'll also be able to ride your favourite rides much quicker, such as Slinky Dog Dash, the Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Rollercoaster. Rise of the Resistance will be operating during the event, however this will be a virtual queue.
Jollywood Nights will be running on 10 different nights from 8:30pm til 12:30am. These dates are:
November 11th, 18th, 20th, 27th, 29th
December 4th, 6th, 16th, 18th, 20th
Tickets will range from $159 to $179 for guests ages 10 and up.
